Sabrina Sadowska
She received her training as a dancer and ballet teacher in her home town of Basel (Switzerland). Since the 2013/14 season, she has worked at the Chemnitz Municipal Theatres, initially as ballet company director, choreographer and first ballet mistress, and has led the Chemnitz Ballet as ballet director since 2017.
Other engagements: from 2001-2016, Sabrina Sadowska was curator and head of organization of the newcomer festival „Tanztendenzen“ in Greifswald. In 2015, she founded the festival „TANZ | MODERNE | TANZ“ - an international platform for contemporary dance in Chemnitz. She is particularly interested in helping dancers return to work after their dance careers. Sabrina Sadowska is the founder and chairwoman of the TANZ - Transition Zentrum Deutschland foundation, which supports the health and rehabilitation of dancers.

After an initially academic study of improvised dance, she began her career as a cultural manager and was press officer at PACT Zollverein and the Teo Otto Theater in Remscheid, where she organized international co-productions in contemporary dance together with the artistic director.
In 2006, she founded her production office for contemporary dance, tanzmanagment.net. She accompanies artists in various phases of their careers in the development of artistic concepts, takes over the production management, organizes the public relations of various cultural projects and performs management tasks for national and international dance companies, including Patricia Carolin Mai (Hamburg), Fabien Prioville Dance Company (Düsseldorf), Hennermanns Horde (Frankfurt), Cie. Linga (Lausanne/CH).
She has been involved in the development of the concept for the TANZ | MODERNE | TANZ Center since 2022.
She is chairwoman of the board of Freie Szene - Performing Arts Düsseldorf e.V.
In fall 2025, she was certified as a systemic consultant.

Adrian Wanliss is a dancer, cultural manager and curator with over 15 years of international professional experience. Born in Jamaica, he has worked as a dancer in the Caribbean, the USA, Canada and several European countries including the Netherlands, Italy and Germany. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Stage Performance and Choreography from Codarts Rotterdam Dance Academy and a Master's degree in Arts and Cultural Management from Leuphana University Lüneburg.
As a dancer, he was engaged by renowned companies such as Scapino Ballet Rotterdam and Introdans and performed in both classical and contemporary productions, including Swan Lake and King Arthur. At the Tanztheater Braunschweig, he has danced works by internationally renowned choreographers and also worked as an assistant to the ballet director.

Alanna Miliauskiene received her dance training at the Academy of Dance in Mannheim after graduating from high school, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2010. Immediately afterwards, she was engaged by Ballet Chemnitz, where she worked as a dancer under Lode Devos, Reiner Feistel and Sabrina Sadowska. She is a qualified yoga and fitness trainer, a trained web developer and is currently completing her master's degree in computer science at Chemnitz University of Technology. The mother of two has been working at Tanzbüro since February 2024.

Tarah Malaika Pfeiffer completed her studies at the Palucca University of Dance in Dresden, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2013. From 2013 to 2017, she was a member of the ensemble at Ballett Chemnitz under the direction of Reiner Feistel. She then continued her career from 2017 to 2022 at TanzTheaterMünster under the direction of Hans Henning Paar, where she worked with renowned choreographers such as James Wilton, Thomas Noone and Maura Morales. Tarah has been working as a UX/UI designer since 2022 and joined the Tanzbüro in February 2024.

Petter Lindner works at the interface of culinary art, art and mediation - areas that are more closely connected than one might initially expect. He was already intensively involved in music production during his school years and worked in an international network with producers from overseas. Today, he combines practical experience in gastronomy with cultural work and organization, for example at the TANZ | MODERNE | TANZ festival or the Fuego a la Isla festival.
