By §§ 8 to 10 TMG we as service providers are not obliged to monitor transmitted or saved foreign information or to actively search for unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information by general law are not touched by this. A liability in this context only applies from the moment that we are aware of a concrete breach of the law. As soon as we are aware of such a breach we will immediately remove the content in question.
