MINI MOVERS – a creative program for children aged 3 to 8.
This time, the theme is “The Nutcracker.”
The ballet “The Nutcracker” by Sabrina Sadowska (based on the story by E.T.A. Hoffmann, with music by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky) can be seen again at the Opera House starting November 27, 2025.
We invite little dancers to join us on our first playful journey of discovery into the world of ballet. In the 30-minute session, children can:
Dance creatively & move to music
Watch ballet films & listen to exciting stories
Learn simple ballet movements in a playful way
Learn all about ballet, dance, and theater, and maybe even meet a real ballerina
(The program varies slightly depending on the date)
Mini-Movers is the perfect opportunity to experience dance and theater with lots of fun and imagination.
When? One Saturday per month (see the TANZBüro calendar for dates) – 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Where? TANZBüro (in the Kulturkaufhaus Tietz – ( Moritzstraße 20, 09111 Chemnitz)
No advance registration necessary! But please come in comfortable clothes.
