International Breakdance and Hip Hop Battle[:]

[:en]Celebrated as a revival last year, the response was so overwhelming that admission had to be stopped. So it was quickly decided that the international dance battle would return in 2025 and find a new location - Die Fabrik. In the competition, the dancers compete against each other in direct duels to demonstrate their acrobatic and rhythmic techniques, strength and emotions in the breaking and hip hop categories. The event is supported by sponsors from the worlds of culture, business and the private sector - in particular the TMT Festival and the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025. As in the previous year, the performers come to Chemnitz from all over Europe to show off their skills.

A project within the framework of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025. This measure is co-financed by tax funds on the basis of the budget approved by the Saxon State Parliament and by federal funds from the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.
