Nicht so bei dieser Performance, in der die Tänzerin einfach an der Wand weiterläuft, indem sie die Orientierung von der Vertikalen in die Horizontale ändert. Ihr Gehen beschleunigt sich – vom Laufen zum Springen, die Ecke zwischen Boden und Wand scheint zu verschwinden und sie erobert die dritte Dimension Normalerweise findet der vertikale Tanz in der Höhe statt, in einem für die Zuschauer unerreichbaren Anderswo. Bei dieser Performance aber schlägt die Tänzerin ein ganz nahes Anderswo vor. Eine unüberwindbare Grenze wird porös.

Diese Veranstaltung findet draußen vor der Hartmannfabrik statt.

A project within the framework of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025. This measure is co-financed by tax funds on the basis of the budget approved by the Saxon State Parliament and by federal funds from the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.

[:en]Normally, a wall stops our path. This is not the case in this performance, as the dancer seamlessly moves along the wall, shifting her orientation from vertical to horizontal. Her walking accelerates — from running to jumping, the corner between the floor and the wall seems to disappear, and she conquers the third dimension. Normally, vertical dance takes place at a height, in an otherworldly place that is inaccessible to the audience. However, in this performance, the dancer proposes a very close alternative reality. An insurmountable boundary becomes porous.

This event takes place outside the Hartmannfabrik.
