Programmänderung – Zusatzvorstellung aus Jamaika
Leider muss die angekündigte Vorstellung der israelischen Compagnie Adi Boutrous aufgrund der aktuellen politischen Lage entfallen.
Stattdessen freut sich das Festival, eine zusätzliche Vorstellung von DAAANCE JAMAICAN DAAANCE der Compagnie L’Acadco – A Caribbean Dance Force anzukündigen. Nach der ausverkauften Show am 22. Juni gibt es damit eine weitere Gelegenheit, Jamaikas führende zeitgenössische Tanzcompagnie live in Chemnitz zu erleben.
Das energiegeladene Programm zeigt die ganze Vielfalt karibischer Kultur – kraftvoll, rhythmisch, sinnlich. Gezeigt werden die Stücke: „Introduction“ | „Cho Rock Stones” | “B.P.M.“ | “Satta Solo“ | “Body Ridims to Bob” | “Apotheosis”

Program Update – Additional Performance from Jamaica
Unfortunately, the scheduled performance by Israeli company Adi Boutrous has been cancelled due to the current political situation.
In its place, the festival is pleased to announce an additional performance of DAAANCE JAMAICAN DAAANCE by L’Acadco – A Caribbean Dance Force. Following their sold-out show on June 22, this added date offers another opportunity to experience Jamaica’s leading contemporary dance company live in Chemnitz.
The electrifying program celebrates the richness of Caribbean culture – powerful, rhythmic, and sensual.
