On June 21, 2025 during the DANCE MODERN DANCE festivals we want to organize in the Chemnitz city center the Guinness-Weltrekord für Die größte & längste Ballettklasse der Welt mit den meisten Trainingsteilnehmern brechen! As part of the European Capital of Culture 2025, we invite dancers of all ages and levels to take part in this unique event and make the power of dance visible in our community.

The TANZ | MODERNE | TANZ international festival for contemporary dance 2025 is Program partners of Chemnitz 2025.
A project within the framework of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025. This measure is co-financed by tax funds on the basis of the budget approved by the Saxon State Parliament and by federal funds from the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.
The world’s longest and largest ballet class
On June 21, 2025 during the DANCE MODERN DANCE Festival, we want to break the Guinness World Record for the the world’s longest and largest ballet class with the most training participants in Chemnitz city center! As part of the European Capital of Culture 2025, we invite dancers of all ages and levels to take part in this unique event and make the power of dance visible in our community.
