Gyrotonic®
Gyrotonic® is a unique movement method that engages the whole body, opens energy pathways, stimulates the nervous system, increases range of motion and functional strength. This offer is suitable for dancers, top athletes and all people who have to recover from an injury or live with a disability.
Sandra Falthauser was born in Bern, Switzerland, where she discovered her enthusiasm for movement and dance at an early age. She pursued her dream of becoming a ballerina and was able to live it out for 20 years. Most recently, her dancing career took her to Ballet Chemnitz. Injuries and pregnancy led her to look for movement therapies that would make it easier for her to return to training, which is how she discovered the wonderful possibilities of Gyrotonics®. In 2022, she completed her basic training as a Gyrotonic® teacher with a certificate and has enjoyed teaching at Tanzbüro ever since. The lessons take place on a one-to-one basis - Sandra speaks fluent German, English and French.

Yoga
Yoga is a philosophical teaching originally from India that combines both physical and mental practices to strengthen the muscles, improve balance and flexibility and is traditionally used to prepare for meditation. The term yoga encompasses various exercise methods that cover the entirety of human experience (body, mind and soul) with the aim of bringing them into harmony with one another. The yoga practice consists of physical exercises, breathing and concentration exercises, which are individually adapted to the goals and requirements of the practitioner. The classes at the Tanzbüro are held under the motto „Healthy through movement - approaches from Hatha Yoga“.
Alanna Miliauskiene is a former dancer at Ballett Chemnitz, she completed her first yoga training in 2015 and has been teaching yoga classes and personal yoga since 2019. She is a certified fitness trainer and yoga teacher with 200h and 500h training (Yoga Alliance certified), with further training in anatomy and therapeutic approaches to yoga practice, as well as in postnatal yoga.
